Job Title: Revenue Operations Associate 

Department: Non-Dues Revenue & Retention 

Reports To: Senior Vice President (SVP) 

Salary: $41,600–$45,000 annually ($20–$21.63/hour), based on experience Location: Hybrid work options available after 90 days employment

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is the trusted leader in advancing marketplace trust. As  part of our ongoing growth, BBB Midwest Plains is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven  Revenue Operations Associate to join our Non-Dues Revenue and Retention team. This  role is key to supporting our retention strategies and driving non-dues revenue through  insightful data analysis and reporting. 

Position Summary 

The Revenue Operations Associate is responsible for extracting, analyzing, and reporting  data from our Blue database to support the organization's retention efforts and non-dues  revenue goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and adept at  translating data into actionable insights for various internal teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Extract and compile data from the Blue database to create detailed reports for  Retention and Advertising teams. 

• Build and maintain automated reporting systems to streamline recurring data  needs. 

• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform retention and advertising  strategies. 

• Produce monthly reports on business attrition, identifying trends and potential  areas for improvement. 

• Prepare account aging analyses to support financial tracking and decision-making. • Generate ad-hoc reports based on management requests.

• Monitor data trends to identify opportunities and flag potential concerns. • Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership. 

• Assigning sales leads to the Non-Dues Revenue team based on management  criteria. 

• Track retention and renewal dates of advertising agreements to ensure timely  renewals. 

• Continuously refine and improve reporting tools and processes for enhanced  operational efficiency. 

• Place non-BBB.org advertising campaigns on Google Ads platforms when needed. • Back up retention and new AB sales leads position.

Qualifications 

• Proven experience with data extraction, reporting, and analysis (experience with  CRM systems, preferably Blue, is a plus). 

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with database query tools  preferred. 

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data  sets. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with high attention to detail. 

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings to non technical audiences. 

• Experience working with Google Ads is a plus. 

• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field preferred  but not required with equivalent experience.
