Position Summary:
The senior program coordinator for the DNP-NA supports the DNP-NA program to advance the goals and strategies of the College of Nursing (CON). Supports and collaborates with the program director, assistant program directors, faculty, university departments and clinical sites to ensure smooth program operations, support the academic and clinical functions of the program including regulatory compliance and effective communication to achieve student and program success.

Essential Functions:

· Communicates with the College of Nursing and university personnel, faculty, clinical site representatives and students to coordinate and communicate course and clinical schedules for student placement. Initiates clinical requests into placement portal systems. Provides leadership as a liaison with clinical agencies, third party portal companies, and faculty to ensure timely placement of students in quality clinical experiences.Clinical site communication as well as housing in conjunction with sites for students as needed.
· Provides administrative support to the CRNA Director and department administration and faculty. Maintains all policies including but not limited to the nurse anesthesia clinicial handbook.
· Coordinate with enrollment management to design and manage the CON DNP-NA application, interview and admissions processes. Facilitates all program events in conjunction with the CON events team.
· Collaborates with the Program Director to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Assists with accreditation assessment preparation and reporting requirements.

Education & Experience:
· Minimum education level:
o Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
· Minimum experience:
o 4-6 years administrative and/or office management experience
o Experience with CRNA, DNP programs and/or hospital based surgical services required.

· Experience with CRNA, DNP programs and/or hospital based surgical services required;
