Job Summary

Seeking aFinancial Officerforasalesfocused role responsible for marketing and promotingall oftheorganizationscore products to an assigned producer customer segment.The right candidate will behighly organized and develop an in-depth understanding of each customer/prospect's current financial position and operational plantoprovide innovative and workable product and service alternatives and meet established sales goals.Focusingon service and retention by quickly and effectively completing requests andbuildingholistic relationships with customers and prospects for sales, marketing and promoting of allcompanyscore products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

You will be asked to design innovative customer packages, advising customers on financial information, and competitively pricing loans based on risk and profitability.
Thisrole includes servicing assigned portfolios and developing business plans to increase market share,promotingand selling loan products,crosssellingallthecompany's products and services.
You may serve as theinitialofficer to engage with both incoming phone calls and walk in traffic seeking new credit.
Able to discuss credit packages with Analysts andparticipateinconsensusdecision making process whenappropriate.
Must have the ability to provide sound coaching and counseling to customers.Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills (loan pricing, loantermsand conditions), credit analysis skills, and knowledge of multiple agricultural industries toassistcustomers in financial decisions.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree inAg Business, Accounting, Finance,Finance,Agricultural Economics, AnimalScienceor closely related fieldrequired.

Years of Experience

Experience inLending, credit analysis and/or sales experience witha relatedfinancial services or agricultural credit organizationrequired.
