What You'll Do:
Time Management
30% Office Time: Business analysis, forecasting, scheduling, and planning.
70% Restaurant Time: Structured visits focused on coaching, development, and operational excellence.
Business & Operations
Sales forecasting and labor optimization.
Interviewing, hiring, and staff scheduling.
Inventory and food cost management.
Ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
Training & Development
Oversee new hire and recipe training.
Foster leadership development across all levels.
Host one-on-ones and performance reviews.
Crisis Management
Prepare teams for emergencies like robberies, fires, or medical incidents.
