Donnan Farms Inc, York NY 14592, is looking to hire a full time Parlor Manager. Donnan Farms Inc. has a long history of excellent herd performance and aims to be environmentally responsible, kind to the animals under our care, regarded as a preferred employer by our staff and a good neighbor by our community. We have a 100+ year reputation for the highest quality milk and dairy products. We have approximately 3500 milking cows that are milked three times a day in our milk parlor. We strive for our dairy cattle to achieve exceptionally high milk solids production. This position will work closely with the owners, operations managers, and other members of the management team. Our team leaders are ambitious and motivated with a 'can do' attitude, take pride in their work and strive for excellence daily. We have the ability and expectation to train and develop the successful candidate to a level of exceptional performance.
Qualifications
The position is physical, and the candidate must be able to lift at least 50lbs, and be comfortable walking, crouching, bending.
Reliable transportation is REQUIRED to be considered for the position.

Requirements:
- Milking experience
- English speaker with Spanish

- Basic computer skills

- 51-60 hours a week, some holidays.
