Board Eligible minimum
Active, unrestricted PA license
Clean DEA, NPDB, & Malpractice (no current suits, unresolved cases, large payouts in the past 7 years)
Preference for Providers who can perform the following procedures (not required): non-invasive vent management (bipod/cpap/neo-puff), newborn/ped intubation & vent management,
