Labor Solutions is currently hiring Manufacturing Associates for a cardboard manufacturing and printing company. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who can work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
Shift Options
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM (Monday-Thursday)
- 3rd Shift: 8:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday-Wednesday)
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize efficiency and productivity on assigned tasks
- Set up machines accurately using proper setup techniques
- Ensure all cutting die bolts are secure and properly installed
- Monitor product quality, including liner condition, warp, dimensions, and defects
- Report quality issues to operators and assist with sorting as needed
- Support operators in meeting production schedules and goals
- Communicate any scheduling or production concerns to the Supervisor
- Follow all instructions provided by supervisors
- Complete required reports accurately and on time (production, safety, quality, and machine status)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
