Job Highlights

• Communicate with customers to collect pending requirements and payments while re-educating on policy benefits as needed
• Document all actions in relevant systems and reschedule follow-ups to align with customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in special projects and pilot programs
• Analyze vendor data, provide insights, and conduct customer outreach based on findings
• Support quality assurance through call auditing and process improvement recommendations

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• 1–2 years of customer service experience; insurance, financial services, or call center background preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with courteous phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of insurance procedures and products, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
