Join Us as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full Time After-School

 

We are hiring dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team! Our BCBAs play a key role in improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA practices. Our ideal BCBA candidate is fun, innovative, compassionate, and collaborative. Our BCBAs honor all unique aspects and behaviors of a child to treat them as a whole, while building on their strengths and interests. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role that offers a flexible schedule with approximately 20 billable hours per week, making it ideal for professionals seeking meaningful work-life balance.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments, to identify target behaviors.

  • Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes.

  • Design, implement, and modify treatment programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

  • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members on intervention strategies.

  • Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans as needed to improve outcomes.

  • Ensure consistent, accurate data collection for all target behaviors and treatment objectives.

  • Analyze treatment data regularly to guide clinical decision-making and ensure effectiveness.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to families, caregivers, and relevant stakeholders in behavioral strategies.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and therapists, to support holistic care.

  • Communicate regularly with families to share updates, address behavioral challenges, and offer actionable recommendations.

 

What You'll Need

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Completion of BCBA supervision training

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New Jersey

 

Work Location and Hours

This is a hybrid position that includes both in-person and telehealth services. You’ll provide a minimum of 10% in-person supervision per client, with travel up to 30 miles for client sessions and parent training as needed.

 

Client sessions are typically conducted in person between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST, while non-direct activities—such as treatment planning and family guidance—can be completed remotely during daytime hours, based on your availability.

Compensation

  • Base Salary $85,000.00-$90,000.00

  • Earn extra hourly pay for any billable time beyond 20 hours per week—bringing total potential compensation up to $111,600 annually.

 

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience in the ABA field, certification, licensure, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
