We’re currently hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Neptune, NJ area. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newly certified BCBA, we offer hands-on training, flexible scheduling, and meaningful growth opportunities.

This is an ideal role for BCBAs seeking autonomy, ethical practice, and a collaborative team approach in home-based ABA therapy and community-based ABA programs.

Responsibilities – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Conduct initial and ongoing ABA assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP)

• Create individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs

• Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs / Behavior Technicians

• Work directly with clients in home-based ABA settings

• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and related service providers

• Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation via CentralReach

Qualifications – BCBA (Neptune/ Long Branch/ Eatontown)

• Active BCBA certification and NJ licensure

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

• Experience in home-based ABA services preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• New BCBAs welcome – we provide full onboarding and mentorship

• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• $75–$100/hour depending on experience

• Sign-on bonus after 90 days
